Here's a cool tool holder we made for a customers pullmax machine.  The one on the right is the original and on the left is the one I made without the offset.

Machining jobs

Form tool

Risers

Had to make a form tool to make the balls on these.  It worked out really well without any chatter.

Head fixture

I've been building a new fixture for machining heads the last few days.. its almost done I just need to figure out the bolt patterns on the head to drill in the top plate. 

Narrowed Springer

Just finished up narrowing this springer by a 1.500 and keeping the same overall length,  it took 20 hours to do but well worth the extra work .. its so cool looking!
