Chopping up a Paughco frame

We had a stock Paughco frame come in with a 6" over springer on it.. needless to say the trail was way off and the frame was not even close to how it was intended to sit. Here it is in the jig table before we cut it up.
Then we cut the back bone out and cut the down tubes and raised the neck up to our height to fit the springer. We moved it up just about 5 1/2" and left the stock rake of 36 deg.
Then we added the new backbone and slugged and sleaved the down tubes and added the new backbone brace. When cutting the neck we only removed the backbone material and nothing else to not mess up the look of Paughco's neck area.
